Shore2Surf P&P, Delivery and Returns

UK Mainland (International Orders see below)

All orders placed will be £1.99 P & P (Excluding surfboards, Body Boards)

  1. We use Royal Mail please allow UK for 3-5 day delivery, Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for bank holidays
  2. Shore 2 Surf accepts no responsibility for loss when incorrect delivery details have been given by the customer. Please double check you have given the right delivery information.
  3. In the rare event an order isn't received by the customer and is lost in transit, we will require the customer to assist our claim for compensation from the courier.
  4. Failure to assist us in a claim for loss or damage from the courier will result in the customer being charged for the full amount of the goods lost.
    Orders returned to Shore 2 Surf by the carrier due a delivery not being completed due to none collection by the customer, will have a redelivery charge applied for the redelivery.
    If the customer wishes to cancel an order after an aborted delivery we reserve the right charge a 10% restocking fee.
  5. Shore 2 Surf reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Orders being shipped outside the UK mainland will incur additional shipping charges but you will be contacted via email before these charges are applied. Charges vary depending on location and the bulk of your order.
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force euro48. The standard charges are £15.00 to anywhere in Europe and £20.00 Worldwide, excluding surfboards. If you are interested in purchasing a surfboard please contact us for a quote telephone 01271 870870.

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not delighted with any product for any reason, you can return it providing it is in an unused and saleable condition within ten days of receiving the item.

If you wish to return an item you must call us on 01271 870870 to register and obtain a returns number, so the item can be processed. If you do not do this we cannot accept the item. Please clearly write the returns number with the address on the front of the parcel.

Please enclose with the item your original invoice, to enable us to exchange or credit the item. All items returned must be unworn with all labels attached and with no marks. Please remember when trying items on that face creams, make-up, deodorant and heavy perfumes can alter the appearance or smell of the item and therefore make them un-saleable. We will not accept a return if it has been made un-saleable.

If you have purchased the incorrect size of a product please return it to us with a Stamped Addressed Envelope for us to resend the correct size to you.

All items will be checked before being despatched and sent to you, however if you do receive an item that is faulty we will provide you with an exchange or refund.
Postal charges will apply to all returns unless the item is faulty, which will need to be authorised when the return is registered, before you send it. You will remain responsible for a returned item until it has reached us, please ask for a receipt or certificate of posting when sending the item.

No refund or exchange will be given if the item is registered after the ten day returns period.

We are unable to refund or exchange any item of jewellery or swimwear. We regret we cannot give postage refunds for incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please send all returns to: Shore 2 Surf, 7 West Road, Woolacombe, Devon EX34 7BW.
